Withdrawal & Returns Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from a distance contract concluded with the Seller within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which the Consumer, or a third party indicated by the Consumer (other than the carrier), receives the Product.
The right of withdrawal applies only to Consumers within the meaning of applicable consumer protection laws.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Consumer must inform the Seller of their decision to withdraw from the contract by sending a clear statement to:
The Consumer may use the withdrawal form provided at the end of this page, but using this form is not mandatory.
2. How to Exercise the Right of Withdrawal
To withdraw from the contract, the Consumer should provide:
- name and surname;
- order number;
- information identifying the returned Product;
- date of receiving the Product;
- a clear statement that they wish to withdraw from the contract.
3. Returning Products
The Consumer must send back the Product within 14 days from the day on which they informed the Seller about withdrawal from the contract.

The Consumer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the Product.
The Consumer is responsible for ensuring that the returned Product is properly packaged to prevent damage during transport.
The Seller recommends using a tracked delivery service for returns. The Consumer remains responsible for the returned Product until it is delivered back to the Seller.
4. Condition of Returned Products
The Consumer may inspect the Product only to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning.
The Consumer is responsible for any decrease in the value of the Product resulting from handling it beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
Products returned as part of the withdrawal process should include all original components and accessories supplied with the Product.
5. Refunds
If the Consumer withdraws from the contract, the Seller will refund all payments received from the Consumer, including:
- the price of the Product;
- the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by the Seller.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to Products that:
- are manufactured according to the Consumer's individual specifications;
- are personalized;
- are clearly customized for the Consumer.
7. Custom Product Approval
For Custom Products, the Seller may request confirmation of the final specifications before production begins.
The Consumer is responsible for providing accurate information, measurements, files, designs, and instructions necessary to create the Custom Product.
The Seller is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Consumer.
8. Complaints and Defective Products
The withdrawal right does not affect the Consumer's statutory rights regarding Products that are defective, damaged, or not in conformity with the contract.
If a Product has a defect or does not conform to the contract, the Consumer may submit a complaint according to the procedure described in the Terms & Conditions.
