About Our Products

Most of our products are created using 3D printing technology and are designed to provide functional and decorative solutions.

Each item is individually manufactured, which means that small differences between products may occur. These characteristics are a natural result of the 3D printing process and do not affect the intended functionality of the product.

Depending on the product design, items may be made from different materials, including PLA and PETG, and may include additional components such as glass tubes.

1. 3D Printing Characteristics

Because our products are 3D printed, you may notice natural characteristics such as:

• visible layer lines;
• slight surface texture variations;
• small differences in color or finish between production batches;
• minor imperfections that do not affect the functionality of the product.

2. PLA Products

PLA (Polylactic Acid) is a commonly used 3D printing material known for its appearance, detail quality, and suitability for many decorative indoor applications.

PLA products:

• are recommended primarily for indoor use;
• may soften or deform when exposed to temperatures above 50 degrees Celsius;
• should not be placed near heaters, radiators, open flames, or other heat sources;
• should not be left in hot environments such as closed cars or areas exposed to intense heat.

3. PETG Products

PETG is a 3D printing material known for improved durability and better resistance to moisture compared with PLA.

PETG products:

• are suitable for applications where increased moisture resistance is beneficial;
• should still be used according to the product description and instructions;
• may be affected by extreme temperatures or unsuitable environmental conditions.

4. Use With Plants and Water

Plant accessories should be used according to their intended purpose and product description.

To extend the lifespan of your product:

• avoid unnecessary prolonged exposure to water unless the product is specifically designed for it;
• remove excess water where appropriate;
• avoid using aggressive chemicals or cleaning agents;
• follow any instructions provided with the specific product.

5. Cleaning Instructions

For normal cleaning:

• use a soft cloth or sponge;
• use lukewarm water if needed;
• use mild soap when necessary;
• dry the product after cleaning.

6. Products With Glass Components

Some products may include glass tubes or other fragile components.

When handling products containing glass:

• handle them carefully;
• avoid dropping or hitting the glass component;
• keep damaged glass components away from children and pets;
• replace damaged glass parts before further use if necessary.

7. Temperature and Storage Recommendations

To maintain product quality:

• store products away from excessive heat;
• avoid direct contact with hot surfaces;
• do not expose products to temperatures beyond their intended conditions;
• store products in a dry place when not in use.

8. Product Use and Limitations

Our products are intended for their described purposes only.

The Seller is not responsible for damage resulting from:

• improper use;
• use outside the product description;
• exposure to unsuitable environmental conditions;
• excessive heat;
• modifications made by the Customer;
• failure to follow care instructions.

9. Custom Products

For personalized or custom-designed products, the Customer is responsible for providing correct specifications, measurements, and requirements.

Small differences between the final product and digital previews may occur due to manufacturing processes, material properties, and screen display differences.
